fruity, nutty pound cake

  • 2 cups of AP flour,
  • 1 package of cream cheese,
  • 3/4 unsalted butter,
  • 1 cup of sugar, 3 eggs,
  • 1 1/2 of dried fruit & nut (dried apricot, candied ginger, walnut, hazelnut, almond),
  • 1 teaspoon of almond extract and
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

sweetness is good and very moist…don’t really like the nut that much, but bought them for a month now, have to use ’em up.

(still referencing to the 5 years old hand written recipe from a ex-coworker’s wife)
