coconut & sour cream coffee cake

2 cups of all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 baking soda
3/4 cup of butter
3/4 cup of sugar
sour cream + coconut milk adding up to 1 cup
topping:
dried apricot , dried cherry, oat
3 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoon all purpose flour
2 tablespoon melted butter
use creaming method to mix the above ingredients, scope 1/3 cup in paper muffin cups and add toppings.  baked in 325F oven for 25 mins.
