Can you tell this chocolate coffee cake “exploded” in the oven?

FOR THE STREUSEL:
2/3 cup (4 oz /125 g) all-purpose (plain) flour
1/2 cup (3 1/2 oz / 105 g) firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 tablespoons (3 oz / 90 g) cold unsalted butter
3/4 cup (4 1/2 oz / 140 g) chocolate chips
CHOCOLATE CAKE:
1 1/2 cups ( 7 1/2 oz / 235 g) all-purpose (plain) flour
1/2 cup ( 2 oz / 60 g) cake flour
2/3 cup ( 2 oz / 60 g ) unsweetned Dutch-process cocoa powder
1 teaspoon each baking soda and baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup ( 4 oz / 125 g) unsalted butter
1 cup ( 8 oz/ 250 g) granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 1/4 cup (10oz 315g) sour crea
1 1/2 teaspoons vnilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350F (180C) grease and flour 9-by-13 inche baking pan and dish.
